Hi there,  We're glad that you have visited our website!  We have had a major website crash recently and lost a lot of our pictures and info.  It is not solved yet, but we are working on it.

For quick reference we thought we would just add this info here for now.
We are a small family hobby breeder.  We have 3 breeding females right now and 2 main sires.  My hsuband and I are both public school educators at a small rural school, 2 miles from our house.  We have an  11 year old son and a 22 year old (OU law school student) daughter.  We also had the blessing of a new son-in-law that works for Halliburton.

We are so blessed by God's wonderful hand, we are so thankful.

We have recently built a new kennel building for our dogs that we are quite happy with.  We are so pleased to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable, security monitored, and climate controlled environment for our pets.  They have inside and outside pens that they have access to and from as they want.  They also love being out running loose in our 2acre fenced and gated yard.  We have cows on all 4 sides of our home and the dogs think they are so interesting.

Our puppies are born in our mud/laundry/puppy room.  We just need them to be near us so we can keep a very close watch on them.  They also benefit from seeing and hearing the daily activity and noises of a busy family.  It gives us many many opportuntities to love on them too!

We have a close (and great) working relationship with our vet.  She comes on our property to do our vaccinations for our adult dogs.  She is always near and receptive to our questions and needs.  We love her and her staff.

We do not have puppy visits on our property.  There are several reasons for this.  The health and safety of our puppies and adult dogs is the primary reason.  Years back we did allow visits at our home.  It became quite intrusive on our family and home, and the safety aspect is a whole other issue.  We had sickness brought in and we decided that we would no longer expose our property and animals to public visits.

Most of our puppies are placed by pictures, videos, and conversations with us.  We see and interact with these puppies day and night, we know the history and characteristics of the parent dogs, we have a much better opportunity to provide you important info about our pups, than a short randomly timed visit by you, would provide.

If a family is not able to pick their puppy out without an in person visit, we will meet them with the available pups (1-3 that they are interested in) when they are 7 weeks old and have had their first vaccination.  We do require that you have not visited any other kennels or puppies on the same day as the day we would meet with you.  Sickness from other puppies could be carried along with you on your clothes and shoes.

We have many families that are driving in from all over TX, ARK, and many other locations.  We try to shorten your trip as much as we can.  We meet very often in North OKC (Turner Turnpike entrance/exit), South OKC, Shawnee, Duncan,  Wichita Falls, TX, and at times Bowie, TX.

Email, rubyrunkennel@yahoo.com, is the best way to get ahold of us quickly.  We are not always able to talk on the phone, but usually one of us will be able to email.

We love our dogs and puppies.  We enjoy so much getting to meet and visit with so many people about our puppies.  The opportunities of meeting so many families has really enriched our lives.  We love love our time with the puppies and get such a thrill and blessing when families report back to us that it has worked out wonderfully and was the best decision!  That is what we always work for.

PS  this posting below about Jasmin and Belle is very very old.  These were older pups many years back.  Our webstie company can not get it removed.  Sorry for any confusion.
